I have been a long-time customer of Dewoolfson and absolutely love their products. I think that this pillow is by far my favorite of the many I have purchased over time. I have had 650 fill mediums and found them too firm. The 850 adds a lot of buoyancy and for me it is the perfect level of support. Couldn't be happier with the pillow!

I have to send a pillow for an adjustment and called up their 1-800 as I had a number of questions. Sarah was very helpful and I really appreciate her great customer service skills - turnaround time to get the pillow back was quick. They made adjustments the same day it arrived and sent it right back.
